The Libertine Bar’s Beer DinnerOnce a month the Libertine Bar hosts a prix fixe five-course dinner with each dish paired with a different brew. A recent example: fresh mozzarella with heirloom tomato and basil (paired with Bridgeport IPA); Italian wedding soup with Kobe meatballs and Parmesan baguette (Franziskaner Dunkelweiss); mussels gazpacho (Leffe Blonde); Gouda-stuffed chicken scallopini with herbed orzo and peas (St. Arnold Brown Ale); house-made cannoli (Ayinger Celebrator).
