The last place we expected to encounter a luscious, creamy taste of Italy was at a crowded bar. But we found a small mason jar filled with buttery-soft burrata cheese sitting on a wooden block decorated with grilled baguette slices, roasted tomatoes, and charred garlic. It’s meant to be shared. Good luck with that.
